Displaying Size Charts on Your Store

To show size charts on your storefront, you need to enable the Sizely app block in your Shopify theme. This feature is available for Shopify 2.0 themes.

Prerequisites

Shopify 2.0 theme - Required for app block functionality
Size charts created - You must have at least one size chart configured with display settings
Active size charts - Charts must be published (not in draft status)

How to Enable the Size Chart App Block

Step 1: Access Theme Customization

Go to your Shopify admin
Navigate to Online Store > Themes
Click "Customize" on your active theme

Step 2: Add the Sizely App Block

Navigate to a product template in the theme editor
Look for the product information section
Click "Add block" or the "+" button
Find and select "Sizely" from the apps blocks section
Position the block where you want size charts to appear (typically near the add to cart button)

Step 3: Save Your Changes

Save your theme changes

Step 4: Test Your Setup

Visit a product page that has a size chart attached
Verify the size chart appears or can be triggered
Test the size chart functionality on different devices

Troubleshooting

Size Chart Not Showing?

Check theme compatibility: Ensure you're using a Shopify 2.0 theme
Verify app block: Confirm the Sizely app block is added and enabled
Review display settings: Make sure your size chart is attached to the product/collection/vendor/type
Check status: Ensure the size chart status is "active" (not draft)

App Block Not Available?

Theme version: Only Shopify 2.0 themes support app blocks
